Had a good experience, though the setup for a JISA for a grandkid felt a tad ‘clunky’ compared to doing it for a regular child. But hey, everything ended up working out fine in the end.

The whole process was pretty straightforward, and I think the idea is solid. However, what really bugs me is the fee for sending cash to my family. I’ve heard this is a recent change you’ve made, and my brother mentioned he’s planning to switch my niece and nephews' ISA to another provider. It’s a pity because until now, he and the rest of my family were satisfied with Nosso.

It appears that Nosso is one of the few who recognized that a lot of grandparents are pretty tech-savvy and might want to arrange cash gifts for their grandkids. At first, I didn’t have the smoothest time getting the junior ISA set up, but the team is actively working on improvements and really went above and beyond to assist me. I wholeheartedly recommend this service/app. It’s bound to improve even more.
